In-house Smile Advantage Plan – For Patients Without Insurance

Overview: Our in-house dental plan, Smile Advantage, is designed to provide affordable, quality dental care to our patients without the need for traditional insurance. Members will enjoy discounted treatments, regular cleanings, and priority scheduling.
Benefits:
  1. Discounted Treatments: 20% off all dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and implants.
  2. Allowable Cleanings:  2 free regular cleanings (prophylaxis) per year (routine cleaning, polishing, and oral exam).
  3. 20% off all deep cleanings (Scaling, and root planning, SRP) per year.
  4. Allowable Visits:* 2 free exams per year (additional exams at 20% off).
  5. Priority Scheduling:* Members receive priority scheduling and same-day appointments when available
  6. No Pre-Authorization:* No pre-authorization required for treatments.
  7. No Annual Maximum:* No annual maximum on treatments.
  8. No Waiting Period:* No waiting period for major treatments.

  1. Whitening:* 40% off teeth whitening treatments.

Comparison to Other Plans:
Our plan offers more discounted treatments and allowable cleanings/visits per year compared to similar in-house plans. We also offer priority scheduling and no pre-authorization, making it a more convenient and hassle-free experience for our patients.

Financing Your Care

We offer 6 months of 0% financing on qualifying procedures in order to make larger procedures like dental implants or bone grafting more affordable to our community.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
